This post deserves to be split up into two categories, Saturday and Sunday. It's very long, I'm warning you in advance.
Saturday
Sunday
Still wanting to take advantage of the sunshine, along with Madame's son and his girlfriend, we headed off to the beach on Sunday, to a coastal town called Cancale, known for its oysters and mussels. It doesn't seem right to describe how beautiful it was, so I'll just put in a bunch of pictures with captions to explain each one. You should be able to read them when you hover over the picture with your mouse.
We ate lunch in a charming little restaurant, walked along the pier and rested in the sun for a while. Very relaxing, with enough fresh air to last the week. This coming weekend is our first school trip around Brittany; a Friday, Saturday, Sunday excursion. If the weather holds, we might be able to swim in the ocean.
Two more pictures and then I will start on my homework, which comes when one is back in school...
